Wood Rips 2 Home Runs in 6-2 Ravens Triumph
The Richmond Ravens handed the Boston Revolution a 6-2 defeat at Battle Field. Third Baseman Adam Wood starred for Richmond. He slugged 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. By defeating Boston, the third-place Ravens improved to 16-17.

The game turned with no one out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Wood hit a solo home run off Conner Bond. It propelled the Ravens into the lead, 2-1.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Wood told the Richmond Daily.
