García Excels in 7-3 Death Valley Win

The home crowd had a good time watching the Iowa Crop Circles and Death Valley Burn get after it.
Death Valley center fielder Alex García had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Iowa Crop Circles, 7-3. Juan Jose Díaz picked up the win with 5.2 innings of work. He allowed 2 runs on 7 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 7. On the season, he is now 3-10.
With Death Valley leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, García hit a fastball from Ted Duke for a 2-run triple. It was his 5th triple of the season and put the Burn ahead, 4-0.
"I keep on showing up every day and trying to put up good at-bats and find good pitches to hit," said García.
Death Valley has now won 5 straight.
