The West Island Storm got a magnificent performance from pitcher Jaime De La Cruz, who muffled the Richmond offense en route to a tight, 3-1 Storm win at Hot Box. De La Cruz, now 3-1, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 2 hits, while striking out 5, walking 3, and allowing no runs. Picking up the save was António Olivo. He's now 2 for 3 in save chances.
