The Redstone Ridge Raptors downed the Iowa Crop Circles, 5-1, at The Cornfield. Stellar pitching by Greg Canseco had a lot to do with it. The right-hander, who finished 2nd in the FR in innings pitched with 242.0 in 2068, handcuffed his opponent all game. The Frontier Southern-leading Ridge Raptors are 54-27.

Redstone used the hitting of Ramiro Guzmán to pick up the win. The designated hitter clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Ridge Raptors on top, 4-1. For the game, Guzmán had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
