Storm Need Extra Frames to Get Past Maulers
West Island Storm starter Lee Costa turned in a sterling performance against the Minneapolis Maulers, leading his team to a slim 1-0 win. With the win, the Storm sit at 45-42.

Though he did not get the decision, Costa did all he could to keep his team close, twirling a shutout through 9 innings, until West Island eventually rallied past the Maulers.

"The game is never over 'til it's over," said a jubilant Jeremy Mills, the West Island skipper.
