A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Vermont Lake Monsters and Keg Creek Coyotes.

The Vermont Lake Monsters handed the Keg Creek Coyotes a loss at Coyote Den Stadium. The final score was 10-2. Graham McCoy was one of the major contributors for Vermont. In addition to his 1 single and 2 home runs, he scored 3 runs and drove in 5. Carlos Delgado, the winner, goes to 6-6. He allowed 2 runs on 8 hits, with 3 walks and 9 strikeouts over 7.2 innings.

Vermont took a 3-0 lead on McCoy's 29th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which he hit off Jesse Parker in the top of the sixth, propelled Vermont to the win.
