The Iowa Crop Circles downed the Boston Revolution, 7-4, in 10 innings. Clyde Ashe led the way, going 2-for-4 for Iowa. Earning the save was David Hodge. He's now cashed in 27 of 28 save opportunities. With the win, the Crop Circles sit at 64-47.

Iowa used a clutch hit from Don McCormack to get the win. The third baseman drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Crop Circles ahead, 7-4. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a doozy.

In postgame comments, Ashe said, "I think we gave the fans their money's worth."
