Iowa Crop Circles starter Fernando Farías turned in a top-notch performance against the Reading Railbirds at The Cornfield. The result was a win for the Crop Circles, 4-2. At 49-62, the Crop Circles claim last place in the Frontier Northern.

Fred Brisebois, who finished 4th in the FR in triples with 9 in 2062, aided the Iowa cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the third baseman went 2-4 with 2 singles.
