Boggs Propels Cheesesteaks to 7-1 Win
|
Kyle Boggs led Philadelphia to a triumph over Laredo. The final score was 7-1. The first baseman went 4 for 4, falling a triple shy of the cycle. He scored 4 runs and added 1 RBI. Tomás Quintero, the winner, improved to 10-8. He held the Border Jumpers to 1 run on 6 hits over 7.2 innings, while striking out 8 and walking 2. José Paredes was called on to finish, recording his 1st save.
