Sierra Goes Deep Twice in 4-2 Maulers Win
The Chicken Coop was the site of a competitive game between the Amarillo Chicken Haulers and Minneapolis Maulers.

Armando Sierra had a 3-RBI game, during Minneapolis's 4-2 triumph over the Amarillo Chicken Haulers. Sierra contributed 1 single and 2 home runs to the cause. Greg Douglas recorded his 32nd save for Minneapolis.

It could have been a different outcome for Minneapolis, had it not been for Leslie Parkinson, the 31-year old left fielder . Parkinson contributed a run-scoring triple in the top of the third inning to put Minneapolis up, 1-0.

"This win gets us that much closer to where we want to be," Sierra said in postgame remarks.

The Maulers have now won 5 straight.
