Cheesesteaks Reel Off Another Win
Philadelphia starter Tony Villamán pitched effectively against the Reading Railbirds at William Penn Park. The left-hander led his team to a win, 8-4. This win makes it 11 in a row for Philadelphia.

Philadelphia left fielder Brian Adkins contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With two down, he hit a cutter into left field for a 2-run single. It was his 92nd hit of the season and put the Cheesesteaks ahead, 3-1.

"Our guys are never satisfied," said Philadelphia manager Joey Santangelo.
