The Boston Revolution downed the Death Valley Burn, 8-2, at Jackie Robinson Place. Alfredo Becerra led the way, going 3-for-4 for Boston. Picking up the win was Arturo López. He went 7.1 innings, allowing 2 runs on 8 hits. The left--hander struck out 7 and walked 1. With the win, Boston raised its record to 66-53.

With Boston leading 3-0 in the bottom of the second, Becerra hit a changeup from Fernando Hernández for a 3-run home run. It was his 34th home run of the season and put the Revolution ahead, 6-0.

"We did more than enough to get the win," said Becerra.
