Keg Creek catcher José Gil had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Amarillo Chicken Haulers, 6-5, in 10 innings. The winner was Mark Anthony in relief. His record improves to 3-9. Leroy Welch took the loss. Amarillo has now lost 4 consecutive games.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With no one out, Gil hit a fastball from Leroy Welch for a solo home run. The Coyotes, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
