Boyer Helps Death Valley Cruise to 10-3 Win
The Death Valley Burn topped the Redstone Ridge Raptors, 10-3, in Frontier action at The Raptor's Nest. The game was highlighted by the performance of Death Valley center fielder Howard Boyer. Rubén Gallegos collected save number 2. Death Valley has now won 5 straight.

With Death Valley leading 3-1 in the top of the fifth, Boyer hit a cutter from Morgan Chapman for a 3-run home run. It was his 30th home run of the season and put the Burn ahead, 6-1.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Boyer.
