Reading pitcher Adrián Jiménez did his part in helping his team beat the Havana Comrades, 6-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. With the win, Reading raised its record to 73-59.

Reading relied on the bat of Harvey Gregg to get the win. The second baseman ripped a 3-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Railbirds ahead, 3-1. For the game, Gregg had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.
