Ice Pirates Get Clutch 2-1 Win
In a tension-filled contest between the Glacier Bay Ice Pirates and the Reading Railbirds, pitcher Wiley Prince was superb. The Glacier Bay left-hander, who finished 2nd in the FR in strikeouts with 226 in 2064, spearheaded his team's 2-1 win. The win elevated the Ice Pirates to 86-46.

The decisive blow was delivered by Tim Cole in the bottom of the 11th when he hit a run-scoring double off former first round draft pick Felipe Estrada to win the game for Glacier Bay. The home crowd went nuts.

"I had pretty good command out there," said Prince.
