Getting offensive support from José Velázquez, the Ozark Outlaws topped the West Island Storm, 3-1. Velázquez went 3 for 4 with a double and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs for the Outlaws. David Allen notched his 37th save in 41 chances. Ozark has rattled off 8 straight wins.

The Outlaws got a big hit from catcher John Gustafson. In the bottom of the fifth, Gustafson pounded a run-scoring double to center. His 23rd double of the season put the Outlaws ahead, 3-1.
