Cheesesteaks Deal Revolution 8-1 Defeat
The Philadelphia Cheesesteaks rode a solid performance from 23-year-old starting pitcher Beetlejuice Bettlejuice to a win, beating the Boston Revolution, 8-1, at Jackie Robinson Place. With the win, Philadelphia raised its record to 70-67.

The Cheesesteaks got a big hit from right fielder Bill Fletcher. Facing Boston pitcher Mike Tanner in the top of the seventh, Fletcher pounded a grand slam home run to left-center. His 5th home run of the season put the Cheesesteaks ahead, 8-0.

"I just tried to focus on getting that first guy out every inning," said Bettlejuice.
