Orlando center fielder António Encarnación had a 4-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Ozark Outlaws, 8-5. Orlando reliever Larry Ingilby picked up the win, raising his record to 1-3. Ricardo Pérez was tagged with the loss. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Rum Runners.

With Orlando trailing 5-4 in the top of the ninth, Encarnación hit a changeup from Ricardo Pérez for a bases-clearing triple. It was his 4th triple of the season and put the Rum Runners ahead, 7-5.
