|
Pitcher Tomás Chávez was sensational for the Richmond Ravens in his team's 1-0 triumph over the Atlantic City Aces. Chávez picked up the win, and it was well-earned. Chávez picked up the win for Richmond, going 7 innings. He gave up no runs on 2 hits. He now sports a record of 6-12. Richmond now sits in second place in the Appalachian Southern at 74-63.
Dan O'Connor, the fan favorite , had a direct impact on the outcome. O'Connor contributed a run-scoring double in the top of the first inning to put Richmond up, 1-0.
