Amarillo Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
The Amarillo Chicken Haulers picked up a win at The Chicken Coop, knocking off the Richmond Ravens, 5-4. On the mound for Amarillo was right-hander Cornell Bowen. He played a key role in the triumph. With the win, Amarillo pushed its record to 71-69.

Sergio Barrón was the walk-off hero for Amarillo. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Chicken Haulers left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I was able to fill up the zone," said Bowen.
