Baine, who is tied for 7th in the AP in hits with 20, was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Riku Mainila, the winning pitcher, improved to 2-0. He pitched 6.1 innings, giving up 2 hits and 1 run, while striking out 8 and walking 2. The save went to Ernest Reese, his 1st this season.
