Tom Wheeler was outstanding against Ozark. The right-hander, who is tied for 3rd in the AP in wins with 15, had a curveball that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a High Tide 4-1 win. The Outlaws, now 75-76, have lost 4 straight.

The High Tide got a big at-bat from left fielder Juan Rosas. For the game, Rosas was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the third, with the bases loaded, he stroked a grand slam home run. His 11th home run of the season gave Honolulu a 4-0 lead.

"Tom pitched like a son-of-a-gun," said Honolulu manager Mark Sambor.
