The Mexico City Diablos went down to defeat to Corbin Jenkins and his Death Valley teammates. The final score was 10-2, in favor of the Burn. The Burn upped their record to 74-87.

Death Valley second baseman Gary Harrington contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the sixth. With two down, he hit a fastball to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 144th hit of the season and put the Burn ahead, 4-1.
