Philadelphia first baseman Brian Adkins made his presence felt in the 8-6 Cheesesteaks triumph over the Iowa Crop Circles. Adkins was 2 for 3 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Tomás Quintero picked up the win with 7 innings of work. He allowed 4 runs on 6 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 5. On the season, he is now 11-13. Picking up his 30th save was 27-year old right-handed pitcher Vincent Dickey.
