Fans watched the Orlando Rum Runners and the West Island Storm fight to the finish.

In a low-scoring clash between Orlando and West Island , pitcher Chris Clark was a difference-maker. The left-hander earned accolades in the 2-1 win. Nick Sharpley, credited with the win, is now 1-1. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 1 innings.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Orlando left fielder Yataro Tanaka, facing Ron Collins, had a run-scoring ground out. It gave the Rum Runners the 2-1 win.

"Runs were at a premium," said Orlando manager Brett Jackson.

The loss drops the Storm to 11-7.
