Chicken Haulers Deal Outlaws 2-0 Defeat
The Chicken Haulers grabbed a win, 2-0, at Incest Stadium, overcoming a fine effort from Ozark pitcher Matt Thompson. Thompson went 5.2 innings and allowed 2 runs. Morgan Banks notched his 1st save of the season. The loss drops Ozark to 2-1.

Amarillo used a well-timed hit by John Brown to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Chicken Haulers ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Brown told a Amarillo Daily News reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
