The Honolulu High Tide beat the Keg Creek Coyotes, 8-5, at Champagne of Beers Field. Chip Whitaker, in particular, was impressive. He was 1 for 1 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Edgar Arroyo closed out the game, earning his 4th save. The loss puts Keg Creek at 14-9.

In the bottom of the seventh, the High Tide grabbed the lead when Whitaker hit his 1st home run of the season. The 3-run home run off Ernest Reese made it 8-5, Honolulu.

"I just tried to put the barrel on it," said Whitaker.
