Atlantic City pitcher Mel Brooks did his part in helping his team beat the Amarillo Chicken Haulers, 4-1. The right-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. Atlantic City reliever Mel Brooks got the win, raising his record to 1-0. Tim Reynolds was tagged with the loss. The Chicken Haulers drop to 11-14 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2075 season.

The Aces got a big at-bat from left fielder Yao-qing Moy. For the game, Moy went 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. In the bottom of the first, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 4th home run of the season gave Atlantic City a 3-1 lead.

"I pretty much put my pitches where I wanted to," said Brooks.
