Bryant MacInnes was a major contributor to the 4-3 Boston win over Iowa. The Revolution left fielder was 3 for 3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. Jorge Silva earned the save for Boston, his 9th of the year. The victory makes Boston 17-12.

Boston used a well-timed hit by Phil Miller to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Revolution ahead, 2-1. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Boston manager Dave Barn.
