Armstrong Helps Cape Canaveral Bombard West Island
Mark Armstrong was a major factor in the 24-4 Cape Canaveral win over West Island . The Launch third baseman was 4-7 with a double and 3 singles, while scoring 4 and driving in 4. West Island is still trying to get off the schneid, having lost 6 in a row.

Cape Canaveral used the hitting of Mario Amézaga to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Launch on top, 2-1. For the game, Amézaga had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"We poured it on today," said Armstrong.
