Alcatraz Island Jail Break starter Chalis Kilonzo kept the Boston Revolution hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 8-2 win. The winner was Kilonzo. He threw 6.1 innings allowing 2 runs. The loser was Harley Armstrong. Alcatraz Island now sits at 24-17, while Boston falls to 21-20.
Scot Potter went 1 for 3 for Alcatraz Island. The three-time All-Star had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Harley Armstrong. It was his 22nd RBI of the season.
"That was a really good outing by Chalis," said Alcatraz Island manager Justin Fusco.
