The Richmond Ravens needed 11 innings to defeat the Keg Creek Coyotes, 9-8, at Coyote Den Stadium. Richmond left fielder Clifford Duncan had a superb performance. He was 4 for 6 with 3 doubles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. The victory gives Richmond a record of 29-17.

Richmond used a timely hit from Roberto Cabrera to get the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the 11th inning to put the Ravens ahead, 9-8. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"I'm glad this one's going in the books as a 'W'," Duncan said.
