Hill Homers 3 Times, Leads Ozark to 4-3 Win
Ozark left fielder Greg Hill picked up 4 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Washington Monuments, 4-3. Jeff Adelman, 1-0, earned the win in relief. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.2 innings. The save went to Juan Jose Santana, his 2nd this season.

Hill had a game-changing home run in the top of the ninth. On a 1-2 slider from Dave Garrett, he banged a solo home run to right, giving the Outlaws a 4-3 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for Hill.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Washington manager Ed Malloy. "But we decided not to take it."

Washington's current losing streak has reached 6 games.
