The Iowa Crop Circles picked up a win at The Cornfield, defeating the Crab Apple Cove Mashers, 3-0. Starting pitcher Fernando Farías was an essential part of his team's success. The loss drops Crab Apple Cove to 2-5.

Jesús Polilla had a critical at-bat with two out in the bottom of the seventh for Iowa. He came through with a 2-run single to put Iowa in front, 3-0.
