Amarillo Chicken Haulers starter Alfredo Villarreal pitched his team past the Iowa Crop Circles, 2-1. Josh Parker finished to wrap up his 3rd save. The second-place Crop Circles have dropped 6 straight games.

Amarillo used the timely hitting of Héctor González to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Chicken Haulers on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We made a couple of mistakes," said Iowa skipper Andy Ward, "and it cost us."
