Underwood K's 14 En Route to 7-0 Mashers Win

The Crab Apple Cove Mashers downed the Richmond Ravens, 7-0, at Vargas Field. Stellar pitching by Kevin Underwood had a lot to do with it. The right-hander, who finished 5th in the FR in innings pitched with 209.1 in 2064, handcuffed his opponent all game. Crab Apple Cove has now won 3 in a row.
Underwood imposed his will on the Ravens, scattering 7 hits over 8.1 innings while striking out 14. The right-hander upped his season record to 9-2.
