Raucous Hot Box Crowd Propels Storm to 4-1 Victory; Series Tied at 3
The West Island Storm and the Cape Canaveral Launch will take the Round 2 to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation today, the Storm beat the Launch 4-1 at Hot Box to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. West Island left-hander Chris Hall had a big role in the win. He threw 6.1 innings of 5-hit ball.

In the bottom of the first inning with one out, West Island first baseman Francisco Olivares hit a 2-run double. It made the score 2-0, Storm. For the day, Olivares went 1 for 4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI.

"Can't say enough about our pitching," said Olivares.

Game 7 is scheduled for Saturday at Launch Pad in Cape Canaveral.
