Big Win for Diablos Milligan, Gets Save #300 Thursday, May 22nd, 2059 "I tried to approach this game like it was just another day, but when I walked out there on the mound, it was different," said Mexico City star reliever Rob Milligan. "I'm supposed to have ice water in my veins, but not today. It felt like my first day on the mound in my rookie season." It certainly was different. Milligan was about to try for his milestone 300-th career save and put his name in the record book. As he has endless times before, Milligan rose to the occasion and disposed of the Redstone Ridge Raptors to save the Diablos 7-4 victory, allowing no runs and 2 hits in 1 innings of work.
