Colón Boosts Hit Streak to 25 Games Monday, May 10th , 2077 Tony Colón ran his hitting streak to 25 straight games at Launch Pad, when he collected 2 hits in 4 at-bats. The feat came, however, as the Cape Canaveral Launch dropped the game, 7-5, to the Death Valley Burn. "Hey, the streak is great -- I hope it never ends," Colón said later. "But I'm not happy to lose the game." Tony Colón singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, was hit by a pitch in the 5th, flied out in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
