Piarra Visits Children at Cancer Treatment Center Friday, May 3rd, 2058 Revolution left fielder Quirino Piarra took time out from his busy schedule today to visit a local children's cancer treatment center. Piarra signed autographs and took pictures with many of the young patients. He even gave several of them caps, jerseys, and gloves. "Just seeing the smiles on these kids' faces, knowing what they've gone through, it just warms your heart", said a beaming Piarra. When asked who his favorite player was, one little boy smiled broadly and exclaimed, "Quirino Piarra!" |
