McCoy Selected Player of the Week Monday, May 26th , 2070 Graham McCoy, known affectionately as "the old man" by the younger players in the Lake Monsters clubhouse, showed his teammates how to do it last week -- and in the process the 37-year-old vet beat out all competition for the Appalachian Player of the Week Award. He put up a .480 batting average, 12 hits in 25 at-bats, 5 home runs and 10 RBIs. McCoy also scored 8 runs. So far this year McCoy has hit .327 with 11 home runs, 31 RBIs and 33 runs scored. |
