The numbers that Havana's Roberto Suárez put up last week were the envy of the league, as Suárez came away with Frontier Player of the Week honors. He belted out 14 hits in 26 at-bats, 2 home runs and 3 RBIs last week as he posted his .538 batting average. In 45 games this season, Suárez has compiled a .346 batting average with 62 hits and 13 home runs. He has also scored 34 times and knocked in 32 runs. |
