Garth Allen Out with DTD Injury Monday, May 10th , 2066 The Minneapolis Maulers said it will be up to catcher Garth Allen whether he plays or not. He suffered a day-to-day injury in yesterday's game against the Death Valley Burn and could be missing a few games. Allen was hurt while running the bases and sustained a strained abdominal muscle. Team doctors told him it could up to 2 weeks before he heals completely. Looking at his stats this year, Allen has compiled a .212 batting average, while hitting 6 home runs and driving in 13 runs. He has played in 28 games and scored 12 runs. |
