Johnston Has 20-Game Hitting Streak Thursday, April 7th, 2061 Jamal Johnston, second baseman for the Orlando Rum Runners, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games with 1 hit in his club's 11-3 victory today over the Minneapolis Maulers at Krono Field today. "I don't really know why it's even happening," he said with a grin after the game. "So asking me how long I can keep it up is kind of irrelevant. It'll end when it ends."
