Domínguez, Carroll Swap Teams Sunday, July 9th , 2073 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Launch announced today the acquisition of 22-year old minor league LF Tristan Carroll from the Philadelphia Cheesesteaks in exchange for 25-year old RHP Alfredo Domínguez. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Launch, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." Domínguez has pitched 17.2 innings and molded a 3.06 ERA with 3 saves. He has surrendered 15 hits while registering 25 strikeouts on his way to a 2-0 record for the Cheesesteaks this year. |
