Rehab Setback For Grant Perryman Saturday, May 28th, 2061 Yesterday Michigan reliever Grant Perryman sustained a setback in his recovery from elbow inflammation. The Militia medical staff told him it would be at least one week before he will be able to return to action. Perryman told reporters, "The healing process has gone extremely well. This is just a little hiccup and a little setback." Apparently Perryman worked a little too hard in a recent workout and caused more damage. His doctors have advised him to do only light exercise and give the injury time to heal. This year Perryman has no saves, totaled 12 innings, allowed 7 base hits and fashioned a 1.50 ERA while racking up 13 strikeouts and a record of 1 win and no losses. |
