Minneapolis's Cedric Lehman Injured Thursday, August 17th, 2045 The Minneapolis Maulers were dealt a severe blow when Cedric Lehman was hurt making a defensive play recently in a game against the West Island Storm. After the game, the team trainer reported Lehman might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 33-year-old right fielder out for the rest of the season with a strained hamstring. They indicated it would take Lehman at least 2 months to heal. For the season, Lehman is hitting at a .287 clip with 18 home runs, 46 RBIs and has scored 59 runs. He has 101 hits, 68 walks and a .410 on-base percentage. |
