"When I pitch, it usually means we have a chance to win the ballgame, so I have to always be at my best for the team to win," the 32-year-old reliever said after stopping the Border Jumpers on no runs and 1 hit in his 1 innings of work. During his career, Holcomb has nailed down 400 saves while posting a 3.02 ERA. His lifetime totals also include 50 wins and 65 losses with 909 strikeouts in 691.1 innings.
