Erwin and Jackson Brawl, League Suspends Them Friday, July 15th , 2067 Dave Erwin of the Reading Railbirds and Sid Jackson of the Boston Revolution received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 4 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Schuylkill Landing Park. Erwin is hitting .264 for the season with 13 home runs, 38 RBIs and 30 runs scored. He has 67 hits in 254 at-bats and played in 74 games. This year Jackson has compiled a 4-6 record with a 3.18 ERA in 19 starts. |
