FR Selects Rookie Star of the Month Wednesday, September 1st, 2055 Chris Ford's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Havana shortstop has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In August he was voted the Rookie of the Month Award. During the month he hit .364 with 5 doubles, 1 triple and 3 home runs. Ford also scored 13 times and drove in 15 runs. This year Ford has hit at a .282 pace and produced 27 RBIs, 5 home runs and scored 30 runs. |
