Rehab Road Tough for Ridge Raptors Jorge Muñóz Saturday, July 16th , 2067 Jorge Muñóz, second baseman for the Redstone Ridge Raptors, was making great progress in healing shoulder inflammation according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Jorge was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least 8 months before he will be able to rejoin the club." Jorge Muñóz is expected to undergo surgery in Denver(Colorado) tomorrow. This year Muñóz is batting .299 with no home runs and 15 RBIs. In 61 games he has scored 22 times. |
